Construction of Submerged Bund
The Tuas Port Project forms part of the marine enabling works supporting the future development of Tuas Port. Key activities include placement of geotextile from -5.5mCD to -30.0mCD and installation of rock fill for more than 3,200m.
Halex used an innovated systems to place the rock fill in a systematically without reworks. We also deployed one of the world's most advanced autonomous underwater drone for its class. Operating on a 7-sensor perception and positioning suite delivers consistent, detailed structural and geotextile and stone inspections even in the most complex underwater environments.
